The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The staff at the reception on the day of our departure were very helpful and polite. The location was convenient, with a supermarket downstairs and a food alley just across the street. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was surprisingly good for its price. They offered complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a great value addition. the hotel was located very close to the city's central shopping district, making it very convenient for us to access all the key locations.
the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we had to wait too long for our complaints to get resolved.

The hotel was strategically located near several businesses and stores. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and speedy wifi. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs.
The hotel staff could have provided better customer service. The initial receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful.
